Welcome to Affirmation Tuesday!

Abundant blessings to you this week. I am sending you love and kindness as I hold a personal watch of keeping my thoughts and words positive.

Each Tuesday I will provide a free coloring page and an affirmation that you can use to focus on while you are coloring. I have found that coloring lowers my heart rate and puts me in a state of quiet. Doing this, I am more receptive to Spirit so I use this time to say my affirmations over and over until they become a part of my consciousness.

Here is your affirmation for the week...I look forward to the blessings that are coming my way.

Few things are more exciting than looking forward to something new. I recall past moments of expectation: the beginning of a new relationship, awaiting the birth of a child, or moving into a new home. Each time, the expectation filled me with energy and joy.

My connection with God keeps that feeling of positive anticipation strong and helps me to expect only good in my life and in the lives of people for whom I pray.

I see myself as a child of God, filled with wisdom, power, and strength. I have faith that I am being guided and blessed and that good things are happening to me and through me. How exciting it is to be a partner with God in this experience called life!

For the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all your undertakings, and you shall surely celebrate.—Deuteronomy 16:15

Nothing can ever harm me because I am always shielded by God’s loving care. I remember this Truth whenever I feel vulnerable and exposed.

At these times, I take heart. I am comforted knowing that God, the one power and presence, is always within and around me. No matter what is happening in my environment or in my relationships, it cannot touch what is present within me.

God’s protecting love lifts me and calms my thoughts. I repeat soothing affirmations at those times I feel anxious or afraid. This simple act keeps me focused on God and centered in the spiritual presence that is always with me, protecting and guiding me.

And you will have confidence, because there is hope; you will be protected and take your rest in safety.—Job 11:18.

I want to encourage you to post your images so that I can enjoy your art therapy. I am mostly on Instagram and can follow along, just tag #AffirmationTuesdayColoring so that I can find your amazing colorings.

As Always…Wishing you peace, abundant blessings and answered prayers.

 Namaste. 🙏🏽
