Breathe

Welcome to Affirmation Tuesday!

Abundant blessings to you this week. I am sending you love and kindness as I hold a personal watch of keeping my thoughts and words positive.

Each Tuesday I will provide a free coloring page and an affirmation that you can use to focus on while you are coloring. I have found that coloring lowers my heart rate and puts me in a state of quiet. Doing this, I am more receptive to Spirit so I use this time to say my affirmations over and over until they become a part of my consciousness.

Taking the time to BREATHE is something that I must make an extra effort to do these days.  I am now on 24/7 oxygen and it has been a struggle.  First I needed to accept it, I have to get over letting people see me with my nose cannulas on and then trying to fit the whole life change into my world.  Well, oxygen does fit into my world, as soon as I started breathing consciously.  It was trying to fit a round peg into a square hole…it was not working, until I accepted that this is where I am today with Sarcoidosis, Stage 4, and if I want quality of life to spend more time with the loves of my life, my husband and my family are the loves of my life, I need to stop being vain, stop fighting and definitely stop hiding and get out and enjoy my life.

My other issues are that I am currently working on my weight loss, because this past year with the new medications and the old ones, I put on a 6-year-old child…and although I am a little stuck, I already have a new plan of action.  I am getting out of the house twice a week at a minimum, I am following my Drs orders and I am giving myself the freedom to go out with my Husband, even if it is just for a car ride.  I plan on visiting my girlfriend more and asking my Mom to meet me for lunch in Naples.

I am getting back into life.  It is time.  So today and every day I am breathing consciously…join me.  Oh… and let me apologize for last week, I didn’t know I missed Tuesday until it was Thursday!  How’s that for changing things up?!?!? 😜LOL.. I totally slipped Tuesday, so now I have an alarm on why phone to remind me and I am also working in a planner.  Let’s see if this helps.  💋

Here is your affirmation for the week… As I breathe consciously, my life transforms!

I  take time in the midst of whatever I am feeling today to breathe consciously. Every breath originates in Source and connects me to the divine within. Whether I am experiencing something negative or positive, connecting with my breath makes a difference.

Conscious breathing happens when I focus on the act of respiration. I feel the air entering my nostrils, track its cleansing progress throughout my body, and become aware of the release that happens as I exhale.

As I consciously breathe today, I inhale gratitude and possibility. I connect with Source during each individual breath, and I feel the welcome release as I exhale. Seemingly mundane tasks take on a new vibrancy, and the quality and texture of my day transform!

The spirit of God made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.—Job 33:4

Whatever my need, I know it will be met. I am a steward of divine abundance. I give and receive with gratitude.  Below is your free coloring page you can print and size it to your liking.

As Always…Wishing you peace, abundant blessings and answered prayers.

Namaste. 🙏🏽
