Welcome to Affirmation Tuesday!

Each Tuesday I will provide a free coloring page and an affirmation that you can use to focus on while you are coloring. I have found that coloring lowers my heart rate and puts me in a state of quiet. During this time I am more receptive to Spirit so I use this time to say my affirmations over and over until they become a part of my consciousness.

The affirmation for this  week


I AM free; I AM unlimited!


The lyrics to the hymn “I Am Free; I Am Unlimited” are regularly sung in spiritual centers of many faiths and denominations. They resonate on a universal level because they express an important Truth in simple words—a proclamation of spiritual freedom.

I may encounter daily challenges with my work, relationships, finances, or any number of other elements of this human experience. My ego may immediately believe me to be trapped, forced into painful choices shaped by the demands of others. I remember that I AM Infinite Potential; I am always free. At such times I hear my true Self gently singing me the Truth: I AM free; I AM unlimited. There are no ties that bind me!

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.—2 Corinthians 3:17

Here is your affirmation for the week ...  I commit to living from my wholeness. Wholeness is an aspect of my divine identity. If I am feeling less than whole, I may be in need of healing. At times I find myself in the midst of illness or injury, I pause to remember divine life and intelligence imbues each cell of my body. Happy New Year!  The Daily Word for today - INTENTIONS, which is perfect as this is the time we set our intentions for the year.  I am in the process of writing my Dear God letter, this letter sets my intentions on what I want to be manifested in my life for 2018.  I am having some indecision, I believe what we set our intentions on actually manifest in our lives.  With that in mind, I must get my letter done.  Abundant blessings to you in 2018. I am sending you love and kindness…my mantra from last year still seems appropriate for 2018. I’m adding miracles because I think we should start recognizing our everyday miracles.   He
